Nancy is a Senior Merchant for Tower Hill Advisory Services, LLC. With a retail career spanning more than 27 years in fashion, hardlines, and general merchandise, Nancy’s insight and perspective add value to every project she undertakes.

Nancy has been a Retail Field Consultant since 2000. She supervises groups of stores during inventory disposition and special event sales, assists with the planning and staging of pop-up stores, and operates long-term transitional events. Nancy also supervises new store sets for one of America’s largest department store chains, and the store-within-a-store sets for a popular cosmetic chain.

As a lead and regional consultant for such companies as Adrienne Vittadini, Fashion Bug, Gottschalks and Filene’s Basement, Nancy has been involved in the strategic planning and leadership of store closing events. She has built a solid reputation for protecting brand value and maintaining customer relationships.

During transitional events for ACO and Burdines-Macy’s, Nancy ensured the continuity of normal course operations as the companies transitioned to a change of nameplates. Her dedication, focus, and personal interactions were key to maintaining and preserving associate and customer relationships.

Starting her career with Bank of America, Nancy worked in customer service as well as with the evaluation and servicing of loans for consumer and commericial clients. After 5 years, she moved from banking to retail when she joined Service Merchandise in 1991.  There she was promoted to various managerial and operational positions with increasing job responsibilities and regional oversights.

Nancy attended Georgia Tech, and received her Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in economics and finance from the University of South Carolina.  Nancy received her MBA from the University of South Carolina.
